The Office of Homeland Security has just released this declassified photo taken last week in an undisclosed location in Iraq. The photo clearly shows an Evildoer testing a weapon of mass destruction directly supplied by Iraq's Office Of Pissing Off The US Office Of Homeland Security. These windborne devices are a direct threat to your children's safety so you are advised to immediately seal your homes entirely with duct tape. If you love your children you are also advised to never allow them outside again and to divert their college fund into the war effort. Remember, if we can't root out evil, you won't have children to send to college, nor will there be colleges to which you'll wish you still had kids to send.
