The locals love this in ceviche... We arrived at Punta Maroma, dingied ashore with this guy, our barbeque and a 6-pack, and had a sunset feast. Delicious, fresh, and we even ate some raw. Despite our appetites, the three of us couldn't finish this guy and we saved the rest for breakfast tacos.
