The Yankee Dolphin was built in Southern California, originally designed by Sparkman and Stephens in 1959.  We don't know how this one ended up in Florida, but as Californians we are proud to sail her!  The Dolphin, while small, is a proven seaworthy boat.  They have been sailed all over the world and are known to hold up to heavy weather and rough seas.
